Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 slices whole-grain bread
  • 2 scoops lactose-free vanilla protein powder
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 10 cubes ice cubes
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1Pour almond milk into a blender first to prevent sticking, then add spinach and blend on medium speed for 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and vibrant green.
  2. 2Place bread slices in a toaster or under a grill at 200°C for 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp on both sides.
  3. 3Add protein powder, peanut butter, cinnamon, and ice cubes to the blender, then blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until fully combined and frothy.
