MintyFit (Smart Diet OÜ) collects the following information to provide the service:
- Account information: email, name, profile photo (via OAuth)
- Health data: age, weight, height, dietary preferences, goals — used solely for nutrition calculations
- Usage data: recipes generated, meals logged, activity tracked
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Calculate personalized nutrition targets for you and your family members
- Generate AI-powered recipe suggestions
- Build your meal plan and shopping list
We never sell your data. We never use your health data for advertising.
3. Data Storage
Data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Supabase is GDPR compliant. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
4. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access your data — email gdpr@mintyfit.com
- Rectify incorrect data — update in My Account
- Delete your account and all data — Settings → Delete Account
- Export your data — Settings → Export Data
- Object to processing — contact gdpr@mintyfit.com

We use only essential cookies required for authentication. No third-party advertising cookies.

- Firebase (push notifications on Android)
- Anthropic Claude (AI recipe generation)
- Stripe (payment processing — we never see your full card number)
